Brue Baukol Capital Partners Finalizes Long-Term Lease Agreement with Kauai Coffee Company

Agreement negotiated with Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA, parent company of Kauai Coffee, provides continuity for farm operations, preserves local jobs and supports agriculture

KAUAI, Hawaii – Brue Baukol Capital Partners (BBCP) today announced it has finalized a new long-term lease agreement with Kauai Coffee Company, completing negotiations with the brand’s parent company, Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA. The agreement secures the continued operation of the coffee farm while providing stability for employees, customers and the community.

The renewed lease underscores a shared commitment to preserving agriculture, supporting local employment, and responsibly stewarding approximately 3,100 acres designated as Important Agricultural Lands (IAL).

The lease also provides flexibility to evaluate additional agricultural opportunities on portions of the property that are not currently under cultivation, supporting broader agricultural activity while maintaining the property’s long-standing role as a productive agricultural resource for the island.

This agreement preserves local jobs, keeps these lands in productive agricultural use, and creates new opportunities to explore additional agricultural activities and community benefits in the years ahead.”
